3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. Any misrepresentation, falsified documents, or failure to disclose required details may result in application rejection, which is beyond our control. Clients must ensure all required documents are submitted within the stipulated deadlines. It is the client’s responsibility to follow immigration policies and local laws in the destination country. Globe Vision Consultancy shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.
4. Fees and Payment Policy
Our consultancy fees are applicable based on the services availed and are non-refundable after service initiation. Any government fees, embassy charges, or third-party expenses (such as translation or courier fees) are the client’s responsibility. Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule, and services will commence only upon receipt of the required fees.
5. Visa Approval and Processing Time
Globe Vision Consultancy does not have direct influence over visa approval decisions, processing times, or additional document requests from immigration authorities. Processing times vary by country, visa type, and individual case circumstances. Delays caused by external factors such as government policies, backlogs, or security checks are beyond our control. If an application is rejected, we may offer re-application assistance based on revised eligibility and documentation.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation of services must be communicated in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the stage of service completion. Visa refusals do not entitle clients to refunds, as our fees cover consultation and processing, not visa issuance.
